Our customer satisfaction means everything to us, therefore If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a refund or exchange regarding the item is unused, the hygiene label still attached, the safety loop uncut, in the same condition as it was when you received it, and is returned in its original packaging.

Please note that for all faulty items we will still require a return for a full refund.

To return your item please follow the steps below:

Step 1

  • provide a short description to why you are unsatisfied and attach photos if needed.

  • provide your purchase receipt.

  • We will provide you with an Authorisation for Return and Refund or exchange.

Once we receive your returned parcel, we will either process your refund or exchange and send you email confirmation.

Please note

  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to our office and back for exchanged or returned item(s).

  • In case a refund is made, it will be credited back using the original payment method.

  • We do not refund, credit, or exchange sale items.

Manufacturing flaws

In the event of any damage or defect caused by manufacturing, we will replace the item(s) free of charge and inclusive of postage and handling but we will expect the original sent back to the HQ, before the exchange is sent. Please contact us at to arrange a replacement.
